Nala, is responding to treatment with antibiotics and can breathe easier now. She is eating well and hopefully will be fit for dental surgery on Monday.
Nala has 2 rotten teeth which we think is causing her mouth and nose infection. Shes on antibiotics that should clear the infection with a view to removing the teeth next week.
This is Nala. She was found on the streets heavily pregnant but also very thin, sick and not eating. After admission to a vets it transpired her kittens were dead inside her and causing an infection that would quickly kill her. The kittens have been aborted and she is now with us receiving intensive care to fight the infection and get her to start eating. She is now eating small amounts un aided so we are hopeful we can build her strength and eventually rehome her.
